Day one

Build Brand DNA from the CI documents you already hold. If a brand has guidelines, a palette, a tone-of-voice document, and prior work, the material for Brand DNA already exists and does not need creating.
Week one
The first Production. The workflow is the one the team knows: brief, storyboard, shoot, edit, finish, deliver. The stages have the same names as they do on a real production because they are the same stages.
What is new is not the process. It is that execution between the gates is handled by Cora and the Silicon Crew rather than by people, and the team's job at each gate is to approve or adjust.
What is genuinely new to learn
Two things, and they are both small.
Directing rather than prompting. Instructions to Cora are given in production language, not prompt syntax. For a team that already works in cinematographic terms this is less to learn than a prompt-based tool, not more. The adjustment is unlearning the habit of over-specifying.
Where the gates are. Knowing which decisions are cheap to change and which are expensive changes how a team works. Most of the efficiency gain comes from getting the Brief and Storyboard right, and teams that treat those as formalities spend their gains on regeneration.
What tends to go wrong
Treating early stages as a formality and expecting to fix things later. That is the habit the pipeline is built against, and it is the most common source of a disappointing first month.
The other one is calibrating Creator DNA carelessly. A signature captured in five distracted minutes governs everything afterwards. It is worth the half hour.
Getting started
Setup is calibration rather than installation, done in the product. The platform is fully self-serve, so a team calibrates, opens a project, and starts directing on the same day.
