One complete script-to-finished-video run: up to 30 seconds of finished output, through all six stages with a review gate at each, from creative brief to delivered MP4.
They roll forward 60 days. A Production earned in one month can be used in that month or the next, then it expires.
Additional Productions are available beyond the monthly grant: €19 each on Creator, €15 on Brand, €12 on Agency. A €25 top-up is also available in-product when a run needs extra headroom. Studio volume is committed up front.
Creator is single user. Brand includes 5 team seats, Agency 12, and Studio starts at 25 as a baseline, with seat counts part of the custom agreement.
Pay for 10 months, receive 12, two months free. Annual billing applies to Creator, Brand, and Agency. Studio is custom and negotiated separately.
A 14-day refund window on a first subscription purchase, worldwide. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period; a renewal charge is refundable within 14 days if the new period is unused. Refunds may be reduced where the period's Production grant has been substantially consumed. Statutory rights prevail where they grant more.
Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annual, on your signup day. Cancel any time before renewal and it simply does not renew; a renewal charge is refundable within 14 days if the new period is unused.
Yes, move up or down the ladder any time, self-serve. The change applies the day you make it, that day becomes your new billing day, and the price difference for the remaining days is settled fairly: charged on upgrade, returned as account credit on downgrade.
The upgrade is immediate. You pay only the prorated difference for the days remaining in your period, your allowance rises to the new tier's grant net of what you have already used, and unused Productions from the old grant stay yours under the normal 60-day window. The new tier's full price bills from your new billing day.
Downgrade: the difference for your remaining days comes back as account credit, you keep your current allowance for the rest of the window, and the smaller grant starts on your new billing day. Cancel: any time, effective at the end of the billing period, with full access until then.
