Can AI direct a video from a script?

Yes, within a directed pipeline - though not from a single prompt, and not without a director. What does Cora do?

A single instruction can set several steps running at once. Cora carries them out, gathers the results, and brings them back as review cards the director accepts or adjusts.

Does she do anything without asking?

Not anything consequential. Anything that would spend from the credit pool, or make a change that cannot be undone, pauses for explicit confirmation before Cora proceeds.

The division is deliberate. The director directs, Cora executes, and the director stays in control of every consequential step.

What is the Disagreement Protocol?

Cora will tell you when she thinks you are wrong.

If a directorial instruction works against the brief, the brand, or the shot, she says so and makes her case. Then she commits to your call. The protocol exists because a collaborator who only agrees is not a collaborator, and because a director who cannot hear an objection before the render is a director finding out afterwards.

Does she speak my team's language?

She calibrates to it. Cora speaks your team's language - focal length, blocking, grade, coverage. If your team works in cinematographic terms, Cora does too. If your team works in emotional terms, Cora translates.

That matters more than it sounds. Most AI video tooling requires a creative team to learn prompt syntax, which is a translation tax paid on every instruction, by the most senior people. Removing the tax is not a convenience feature.

What Cora is not

She is not a chatbot, an assistant, a settings panel, or a feature. Those describe things you operate. Cora is a creative collaborator you direct.

She is also not the whole platform. She leads the Silicon Crew, the collective of specialized agents that handles execution across the pipeline. Directors work with Cora, not with individual agents.
