How SyntarEngine pricing works: Productions, rollover, overage, and refunds

SyntarEngine prices on outcomes. Each tier bundles a monthly Production volume, a feature set, and a number of seats, and the billing unit is the Production rather than the user. A Production is one complete script-to-finished-video run through all six stages, and it is a divisible unit rather than a block of runtime: a finished 30-second video draws about one. Four paid tiers, priced in EUR, entry at Creator.
What exactly is a Production?

Your plan's Productions are one shared creation pool, and a Production is divisible rather than a fixed block of runtime. Everything you compose draws the part of the pool its own scope requires. A finished 30-second video draws about one Production, which is a useful yardstick rather than a rule. The characters, settings, images, and video assets you build, whether inside a project or on their own, each use a small part of the pool. Reuse is always free - an asset composed once and used across ten projects draws once.
Runtime is set by the project rather than by the unit, and a longer piece draws proportionally more from the pool. Because reuse costs nothing, a longer piece that returns to the same cast and locations does not draw in proportion to its length alone. How long a SyntarEngine video can be covers that in full.
If a busy stretch would run past your plan, you see it before the final render and can top up in one tap, so a Production always finishes.
How does rollover work?
Productions roll forward 60 days. A Production earned in one month can be used in that month or the next.
This is a deliberate answer to one of the most-repeated complaints in this market: use-it-or-lose-it monthly allowances that punish the natural rhythm of client work. Production schedules are lumpy and the allowance should tolerate that. We are not the only platform that rolls unused capacity forward, though it remains far from universal.
What does annual billing save?
Pay for 10 months, receive 12. Two months free, on Creator, Brand, and Agency. Studio is custom and negotiated separately.
What happens if I go over?
Additional Productions beyond the monthly grant are charged per Production, at a rate that decreases as the tier rises. A generation top-up is also available in-product. Everything is denominated in Productions. There is no raw credit count to decode.

What are the refund terms?
- 14-day refund window on a first subscription purchase, worldwide.
- Refunds may be reduced or declined where the period's Production grant has been substantially consumed. Consumed overage and top-ups are non-refundable once the generation has run.
- Cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. A renewal charge is refundable within 14 days if the new period is unused.
- Statutory rights, including EU, EEA, and UK withdrawal rights, are unaffected and prevail where they grant more.
- The merchant of record executes all refunds.

What am I actually buying at each tier?
A tier, which bundles three things: a monthly Production volume, a feature set, and a number of seats. Four tiers, entry at Creator.
Seats scale with the tier rather than being priced individually. Adding a colleague within your tier's seat count changes nothing on the invoice, and moving up a tier moves all three together: more Productions, more capability, more people.
The feature set is what separates the tiers architecturally. The full Brand DNA architecture, Guard Rails, and Brand Guardian validation begin at Brand, and Brand DNA capacity rises with the tier.
